I liked that it was close to the beach. It was good for the value. The beds were comfortable enough and the room was clean. There was no room service, but we didn’t need it really. We weren’t in the room a whole lot.

The property was located close to the beach. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was small but clean. The only thing I can complain about was a sweat odor on one of the beds. Seemed to me like housekeeping did not change the covers on one of the beds. Other than that, everything was fine. Rooms have no refrigerator, so if you need to keep your beverages cold, take your own cooler. A Denny’s restaurant is right next door so it was very convenient for a late night dinner or early breakfast. We will be booking another stay in this hotel soon.

Clean and neat motel. Very helpfull and nice staff. Beautiful, well maintained central garden with a place to sit and/or eat. Close to main road and to the beach :) And you can stay with your pets!

Walking distance from Walmart and the beach. Room was nice and clean. Cleaning staff were always nearby if we needed anything. There was also washers and dryers to clean laundry. Vending machines with a good variety of beverages. Towels were white and well kept. Room had no odors like some hotels.

Attractive complex on a hill with some shrubs and flowers.Residential neighbourhood felt safe.Only one sketchy man hanging around and security guard got him to leave.Police car patrol followed.Interior courtyard you could ask for your room to open to if you didn’t want to park in front of your room.Room was nicer than most Motel 6 and although small,well planned and equipped.

Last minute booking for the Labor Day weekend, Sunday night, Monday check out. Elevated costs due to holiday but that's the norm everywhere. The only place I could book where we could stay with 3 dogs. Staff let me check in early and I was able to upgrade last minute to a ground level floor so it all worked out great. Beds not that comfortable, but whatever, it's just to sleep overnight. Easy access location right off Reservation Road with beach access minutes away. It fit the bill. If traveling with pets, you really can't beat it. Fancy? No. Practical? You bet. Friendly staff? Absolutely. I'd stay here again.

The room matched the photos I saw on the website, the bed was very comfortable, and the walk in shower was very nice. Parking was always available, the location was easy to find a d right off the freeway.

Regeena, Gen Mgr, and Mirako, Jessica & Wilson, Front Desk Agents, rendered exceptional guest service. They greeted travelers w/a respectful attitude, warm welcome, and high standard of professionalism. Check-in was quick. Moreover, Regeena, Gen Mgr, took immediate and decisive action to provide a reasonable accommodation for my service-connected disability. The hotel is located in close proximity to the beach, shopping, and Monterey. The room rate very reasonable.

They people in the office are very nice :) Happy to direct travelers to fun things in the area And the property itself is nice, we haven't had any crazy problems at all.
